Who are we?
Salt Marsh Pediatric Therapy is a physical therapy clinic that specializes in Intensive Therapy. We are located in beautiful Savannah, Ga. We have experience in treating children from birth to age 21. Our clinic serves a variety of conditions including Cerebral Palsy, chromosomal disorders, developmental delay, Down Syndrome, muscular dystrophy, prematurity, spina bifida, spinal cord injury, torticollis, and many more. Julie Joyner Talbot PT, DPT, PCS
Born and raised in Savannah, Julie knew from a young age she wanted to be a physical therapist. She attended St. Vincent's Academy for high school before going to Georgia Southern University for college. Following college, Julie worked in a physical therapy clinic for 3 years as a front office staff/therapy aide before attending Physical Therapy school at Brenau University in Gainesville, Ga. Julie found her passion for Pediatric Physical Therapy and Intensive therapy during her last clinical in school. She has been a Pediatric Physical Therapist since 2021 and recently earned her Board-Certification in Pediatric Physical Therapy. Julie has a passion for helping children gain independence and loves to help parents discover their child's true potential with mobility.
